In the sky, a transit is a body passing through — temporary, timed, and changing the weather while it’s here. In this studio, a Teaching Transit is you: a practitioner with real expertise, holding a room we built, for an audience we bring together, for a season you name.
Propose a Transit ↓GlowStrm builds rooms where message clarity and authentic communication are the whole point. We’re inviting facilitators whose craft belongs in those rooms — however different the instruments: writers & poets, educators, voice & performance coaches, somatic practitioners, oral historians, researchers, facilitators of craft — and the practice only you would name.
What the list has in common isn’t a discipline — it’s a job. The admission gate: expression is the work. If your workshop helps people communicate more truthfully — on the page, out loud, in the body, in public — you belong on this list, whether or not your title appears on it.
We say yes to a small number each season, on purpose. What we look for: expertise that’s real and demonstrable, a workshop shaped as education and craft, and a teaching posture that matches the house — rigor with respect, accessibility as practice, and no one’s voice treated as a problem to fix.
What we hold: enrollment, registration, and every payment · the platform — live sessions, course home, materials hosting · marketing to the GlowStrm audience, plus assets you can share with yours · scheduling, reminders, tech, and day-of production · accessibility support — materials, captioning, formats.
What you bring: the workshop — your curriculum, your method, your voice · your presence, live, for the sessions you design · a price instinct and a personal floor (we’ll shape both together) · your own audience, invited alongside ours.

Your curriculum. Materials, methods, and scholarship remain your property, licensed to GlowStrm per engagement. We own only the production wrapper — the series brand, the marketing, the machinery.
Your name & your subject. Your name and likeness appear in marketing only with written permission, and you approve every sentence describing you or your practice.
Your boundaries. Workshops here are education and craft. Where your practice touches intimate, sacred, or sensitive territory, you set the boundaries of what is taught and how it’s described.
Your recordings. Recording anything is a separate conversation: separate consent, separate compensation, never bundled.
Every Transit is billed under its facilitator’s name beside the house — GlowStrm Learning Studio, in conjunction with You — and during your season you carry the title Resident in Transit, GlowStrm Learning Studio, dated, like a fellowship. It goes on your bio and stays true forever. Afterward, facilitators who’ve come through our sky join the Asterism — GlowStrm’s working constellation of independent practitioners: return seasons, referrals both directions, and first notice when an institutional engagement wants exactly what you teach.
01 · Who you are — a short bio and links to your work: a site, a recording, a syllabus, anything that shows the practice alive.
02 · The workshop — what you’d teach, in a paragraph. What someone leaves with. It doesn’t need a title yet — that’s co-design work.
03 · The shape — single session or short series, rough length, live online or in person, the room size where your work sings.
04 · Who it’s for — the person this workshop finds, as you’d describe them, not as a demographic.
05 · Your numbers — a seat-price instinct and your personal floor. Rough is fine; honest is required.
